A Vision for the Future
In the 1880s, Sacramento residents Edwin B. and Margaret Crocker dreamed of creating an art museum devoted to the people of California. Their dream became a reality in 1885 and continues to be realized more than a century later. Over the years, the Crocker Art Museum has maintained financial and institutional strength through the support of its members, longtime friends and volunteers. Planned giving—estate plans that include the Crocker— is a vital component of that strength, building our endowment to ensure that the Museum remains strong and lively for future generations.
